To maintain a welcoming and high-quality experience for all guests, Spicer Bay Luxury RV Park follows a few simple guidelines. These help ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful and polished stay.
General Resort Guidelines
- RVs must be clean, well-maintained, and self-contained
- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM
- Sites must be kept tidy with limited outdoor items
- No window AC units or temporary skirting
- Speed limits strictly enforced for safety
Pet Policy
- All pets must be leashed outside and cleaned up after
- Limit of 2 pets per site (breed restrictions may apply)
- No aggressive behavior or excessive barking
- Off-leash play is allowed only in the designated dog park
Reservation & Stay Terms
- Full payment due at time of reservation
- Check-in and check-out times will be posted prior to opening
- Cancellations subject to a standard fee schedule
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with park rules
